PUBLIC OFFER FOR SERVICE PROVISION
Individual Entrepreneur Salykbaeva A.E. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") hereby publishes this public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") to enter into an agreement for the provision of informational and educational services with any individual who accepts the terms of this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Acceptance of this Offer (i.e., payment for the course) constitutes full and unconditional agreement of the Client with all terms of this agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Client makes payment for the service.
1.2. The Provider agrees to grant the Client access to an online course on lash lamination (hereinafter referred to as the "Course").
1.3. Access to the educational platform where the training takes place is granted immediately after payment.
1.4. The course begins on the date set by the Provider.
1.5. Access to the Course is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase.
1.6. The service is considered fully rendered from the moment access to the Course is granted to the Client.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The Provider undertakes to:
• Grant the Client access to the training platform within 48 hours after payment is received.
• Ensure the Client has the ability to study the Course materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Not share the Client's personal data with third parties.
2.2. The Client undertakes to:
• Use the Course materials for personal use only.
• Not share access credentials with third parties. If this rule is violated, the Provider reserves the right to block access to the Course without any refund.
• Not distribute Course materials publicly.

3. PAYMENT
3.1. The Course fee is determined by the Provider and specified on the website.
3.2. Payment is made via bank card through the payment system.

4. REFUND POLICY
4.1. The Client is entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
• They were unable to apply the knowledge gained in practice.
• They can provide a detailed explanation and evidence that they did not learn anything new or were unable to implement the knowledge.
4.2. Refunds will not be issued if the Client:
• Watched the Course but did not apply the knowledge.
• Made no attempt to study the materials, practice, or follow the recommendations.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. The Provider is not responsible for the lack of results if the Client does not follow the Course recommendations.
5.2. The Provider does not guarantee specific income levels or number of clients after completing the Course.

6. OTHER TERMS
6.1. All Course materials are the intellectual property of the Provider. Copying, sharing with third parties, or distributing the materials without permission is prohibited.
6.2. The Provider reserves the right to change the content of the Course without prior notice to the Client.
6.3. Any matters not covered by this Offer are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
